Karma E. Ruiz, a Customs Broker, is the founder and President of World Wise Consulting Inc, a firm specializing in duty audits, compliance programs, security and logistics management (CTPAT) and resolving customs as well as TSA issues. Ms. Ruiz’s professional background in the international commerce and trade arena includes process flow improvements and implementation for waterfront marine terminals, development of C-TPAT programs, and development of internal compliance processes for TSA with the IACSSP and the CCSP.
Mr. Raymond (Ray) Monzon began his government career with the U.S. Customs Service in 1996 processing foreign travelers at Miami International Airport. Mr. Monzon has provided technical assistance and training to foreign Customs administrations in the development and implementation of their Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) programs. Mr. Monzon was on the WCO working group that developed and published the Validators Guide and in 2016 received the WCO Certificate of Merit for Ongoing International Engagement with CTPAT.
Jennifer Diaz is a Board Certified International Attorney who is considered an expert in international law by the Florida Bar. She joins an elite group of Board Certified International attorneys in Florida. She is the founder of Diaz Trade Law, and Diaz Trade Consulting, assisting clients with issues relating to the import and export of merchandise to and from the United States.
